Just saw your post today. I have been a physical therapist for over 25 years. It is a GREAT profession! We work in a huge variety of settings: hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, home care, schools from preschool through college, private practice, amateur and professional sports teams, dance companies, etc……

I've used RunKeeper for a long time. The con is that it isn't one of the apps automatically linked to MFP. But I like it enough that I keep coming back to it as my favorite. It logs many more activities than just walking and running.

Have you gone to a yoga class? Ask a teacher to help you with your chaturanga dandasana and do the modification with your knees down until you have mastered the arm position. It's all in the alignment and then your upper body and core muscles do the rest!

I'm in! A friend of mine is doing it and sees results! Busy week ahead with the last week of school for the kids but I'll give it a try starting 6/18!
