I used a week long holiday break from work to quit caffeine. It was the best time for me since I did not have to get up early so exhaustion wasn't a problem. I started Insanity this week. I did it for two weeks back in November, but the holidays got to hectic so I couldn't fit it in. I'm ready to finish it this time!

I'm always looking for more friends to help support each other. It feels great to get those "way to go" comments and helps keep you motivated. I have 2 kids, and the 2nd one was the catalyst for me now needing to lose 80 pounds!
