I have a 10 month old that I breastfeed. I lost all of my baby weight. I eat 1830 calories and I eat my exercise calories back. I'm also on Mirena and it has not hindered my weight loss at all. Feel free to add me.

I would switch gyms if I were you. They have this machine at my gym too that I just joined. They explained EVERYTHING and I haven't even gotten on it yet. They showed us all of the numbers that we will be getting and what they mean and how our goals will be based off of that. Find a gym that will do the same for you.…

A lot of people feel this way. If you google it you will come up with a lot of information. Lemons are good for you. They have water coolers at the gym that have sliced lemons and limes in them. It's delicious!

I believe in portion control. I have made MUCH better choices in how I cook and what I eat. I set my goals to "maintain" and lost about 10 pounds. I think it works.

I take mine with almond milk too! I have a chocolate fudge protein and I take it with unsweetened coconut almond milk. If I take it I use it as a snack .

I started at 1400 something, upped it to 1830 and lost another 6 pounds or so. Your body needs fuel.

The other day I was craving the sauce so much that I had it with my eggs for breakfast...on a sandwich for lunch, and on potatoes for dinner. lol
