thanks! She's a little sweetie!

no idea what you're even trying to say here...
-
thanks for the tip.... it's cute how you think I'm serious. p.s. my baby is breastfed. But you'll probably find something wrong with that too.
-
let me think on it...I'm going to go feed her some doughnuts first.
-
those parents should probably just be put in prison, it's the most logical thing to do.
-
my child isn't obese you dork. she's 10 months old. duh
-
aww snap... they're definitely coming for me then

Wow, I am *totally* jealous that you can walk around without thinking anything about your surroundings. Have fun getting robbed/raped/ripped off because of your inability to judge a situation not being right.
NOW THAT IS A LITTLE EXTREME THERE, DON'T YOU THINK?
umm yeah...

A thread like this will probably never change a parent's view on their parenting skills and how/what they feed their children. Honestly I think it's rude to talk about other people's kids in the first place. Unless it's YOUR OWN CHILD and you are asking for advice, then don't start a thread about it.
-
THIS. OP, Go ahead and do yourself a favor and stop starting threads like this. Is it really necessary? p.s. it's a no.
-
let's start a thread that talks badly about children to make ourselves feel better. woohoo!!

I personally think that is way too much. Just make your own instead. Buy frozen fruit with no added sugar.

it seems that you already know you have a problem. I suggest going to see a doctor and a nutritionist.

When I was about 7 weeks pregnant I was 164. Now I'm about 138. I'm the lowest I've ever been since 10th grade maybe? My baby is 10 months now. hmm my body changes...bigger boobs, wider hips, smaller waist, more tone in my arms, legs... Overall better than pre-pregnancy

why do you care what others do?

thank you!

I started CrossFit a few weeks ago and that really helped me. I think that helps is to do movements that engage your entire body. In my opinion that will get better results then just doing a 100 crunches. Diet is something everyone differs on for sure. I think diet is important and you will get much better results if you…

Yes, weigh it dry. 2 oz is one serving.

I think mine says something like 2 years. I can't remember. I also would make sure you have it tight enough and that the strap has enough moisture on the spots it needs it.

I suggest drinking a smoothie. You can make it a protein smoothie if you want. I add a scoop of strawberry protein. What I have: 8 oz. (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk 1/2 c. oats 1 c. assorted fruit, fresh or frozen ice if needed Blend it all up!
-
I just drink lots of water, rest, and make sure to stretch. I also think hot baths help relax my muscles. Not sure if it helps or not but I always have a protein smoothie after my workouts.
