Everyone's recipes sound yummy! Just a tip: include Matcha tea in your smoothies. It is a higher grade of tea and contains more antioxidants and catechins (disease-fighting components) than standard green tea. Also, the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition discovered there is a compound (aside from the caffeine) in Matcha that burns fat

    Here's a recipe I use. It makes 2 smoothies.

4 oz Yoplait strawberry greek yogurt
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen blackberries
    1/2 cup strawberries
1 scoop Optimum Gold Standard why protein, Vanilla Ice Cream flavor
    1/2 cup 100% orange juice
    1/2 cup water
2 tsp Matcha Green tea powder (or you can buy the leaves and grind them)

    This ^^^^^
I love Matcha Green Tea it is milder tasting without bitter taste of regular green tea. Thanks for this recipe.

One of my favorite things to do is to add a tablespoon of dry sugar free fat free pudding mix. Thickens up the smoothie and also gives it great flavor! Today I did one with 1 cup of almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp sf / ff cheesecake pudding mix, and 1 tbsp of peanut butter. So good!
