I do both, otherwise I feel sick and don't have enough energy to workout. Beforehand I eat something like a few hardboiled eggs or a banana. During I drink water with fresh squeezed orange and lemon juice, and salt. After I drink a protein shake and eat again in about 30 minutes.

It's definitely possible to lose without exercising. Healthy eating is 80% of losing weight in my opinion. It's MUCH more important than working out. I lost about 10 pounds with just diet on here. I always have a stomachache after eating fast food. And I just feel crappy because I know that my body didn't benefit from at all. I really don't eat it tho so I don't worry about it too much.

I THINK I"m at a medium frame. nNot really sure, I'm about 140. Honestly not sure why that number but my body naturally went to it after having my baby. I feel and look great and I'm very happy with that number!
