I just hate the taste of carbonation. I think it's ucky. I've never been a pop drinker but I guess every once in a while isn't awful.

definitely can tell! good work!

I think you're a runner now!

Just stick with it like others said. DO eat your calories back like you are. Try lowering the carbs (I eat a lot of carbs) and upping protein and watch your sodium intake. If you're working out try to do a variety of exercises. Keep your body guessing.

good for you!!

I know that my husband would stop if I asked him, maybe remind him how much you appreciate his support (when he's being "good"). Maybe when he has those cravings you can try to find a healthy option on the menu. Maybe get a salad.

My husband and I just joined CrossFit and they have included day care for our 10 month old. If I want to do some body exercises at home then she's either napping or she's playing right by my side. Sometimes we go running steps and we do it in intervals. One person stays down while the other is running then we take turns.

Always check with your doctor to see what is safe to do while you're pregnant. I never worked out before pregnancy so I couldn't do anything new. Generally things like walking and low impact workouts are definitely ok. If you were a runner before, then running while pregnant is typically ok. But ever pregnancy is…

The very first thing we did was run about 500 feet to warm up. We worked on squats and kettle bell swings and practice the right technique. When everyone had them down then we did our workout. It was 8 minutes long. It crushed me!!! I was exhausted and had to take a few breaks. They set a medicine ball on one end of the…

This seems like such an attention getting post. I find it completely unnecessary.

I love Silvers as well, plus they have long enough ones for me.

so far I've been more proud of myself for being able to do the dead lifts and just not quitting. The first day I got really sick the entire day and had to go get my eyes checked because I was so dizzy and blurry. I think it was a huge shock to my system and I needed more food and water than I had. We have been going bright…

I JUST tried this for the first time last night! I bought a sample packet of it. I got the chocolate peanut butter one and I love it!! I'm definitely buying some!

I drink it because it's sugar free and I think it tastes really really really good! I get the unsweetened coconut almond milk blend. It's delicious!

my 10 week old german shepherd puppy and my 10 month old baby both are being naughty today!!

I agree, the price is high. We get a 10 percent discount for being a couple. It comes out to be 95 a month I think for 3 days a week. We have basically cut costs in other areas of our life, like eating out and making sure we plan our meals out.

sounds yummy!
