honestly I don't sweat stuff like that every day. I have it as a treat otherwise it's all I want. You have to treat yourself sometimes, but that's just me! I figure it's better than me eating a chocolate fudge piece of cake.

I have 7. I got my first when I was 19. I'm 24 now. I just don't apply for jobs that dont' allow visible tattoo. I one on a wrist and another on my forearm. Both of my feet also. And then my shoulder from the front to the back. They are all pretty visible except my rib pieces. Honestly I don't really care about the job…

When you crave chocolate eat chocolate fudge pudding, the fat free, sugar free kind. Make it with unsweetened coconut almond milk. Add fat free whipped topping. It's amazing. I promise it will satisfy your sweet tooth.

If you have a hard time controlling yourself then make sure you don't have food like that at the house. I would also allow yourself certain cheat meals. But that's just my opinion. Don't be so upset about this. Just start over tomorrow.

I have chocolate protein that I drink with skim milk or unsweetened almond milk. It usually curbs my appetite and satisfies my sweet tooth.
