Thanks for you answers. Just to pick up on this a bit. When I go to the gym I normally exercise 2 parts of my body i.e biceps and chest one day then legs and back the next for instance but by doing this I am ineffect only exercising each part of my body once maybe twice a week and to get any real gains Im concerned this…

I wouldnt say Im nervous, I just dont want a finger in my bum. Thanks people, I will go to the doctors and being here in England we have the NHS so its all free to everyone, normally why its so hard to get an appointment.

No I dont go to the doctors. The last time I went to the doctors was 11 years ago after being made to go by my girlfriend, I had a broken coccyx and he sent me to the hospital. Thanks for the advice. I was just thinking about High Intensity v Low Intensity. I know jogging isn't high intensity but for me I feel it alot more then walking and it is a higher intensity then walking. Although the calorie burn seems similar I was wondering if the higher intensity had any added benefits?
