I am not very hungry but I am worried that by not eating more I am going under the recommended 1200 calories per day. Can I save some calories for when I go to the pub tomorrow?

have eaten 1148 of calories today. However I have gained 500 calories in exercise. I guess I am going to have to try and snack through the day or eat bigger breakfast or lunches

Eggs are loaded with protein!! So is peanut butter so is chicken I want to eat something protein free as I have already eaten my protein allowance.

Try making a fish pie. What fish are you trying to eat and don't like. There are a lot of fish I don't like for the exact same reason (and bones). I eat fresh tuna and baked salmon mainly. but also tinned mackerel in spicy tomato sauce

I agree. I am 46 years old and have been on that many diets. Last year I went on the Cambridge diet and was eating 600 calories a day - and exercising. I initially lost 2 stone in a very short time and then it slowed right down. I got fed up of not eating and stopped. Less than a year later I had put on 3 stone!!! Yes you…

I also have been congratulated on my pregnancy by a little old lady. But the one I hated the most was when I was shopping for bra's and the shop assistant said "we don't do them that big"

Snack a Jacks are quite good for me, they give you the feeling you are getting something sweet if you have the caramel ones. Do half hour walk a day amazing what the difference in additional calories you get if you need a snack or two. Good Luck Lisa
