Frustrated with belly
I’ve been sticking religiously to my calories, going to the gym and doing strength training, walking minimum of 10k steps a day and drinking 2.5 - 4 litres of water a day. I’ve not lost weight but I’ve not gained it either but feel like I’ve gained belly fat. Any thoughts?

Just because its weight watchers don't be fooled!!
I had a weight watchers chocolate and vanilla mousse today - 106 calories. Yesterday I treated myself to 3 squares of dairy milk chocolate for just 130 calories. So I ask you all what would you prefer the mousse or the chocolate - having had both, the chocolate wins everytime for me. :love:

Loads of calories left, what to eat?
