Be dedicated instead of motivated, so many days you don't want to do something like go to work for example but still go cause you have to.. I guess make it a must/ have to thing.

No one on here is a doctor or professional (well maybe in their own minds) listen to your doctors and skip the opinions of none professionals. People always claim "My doctor is bad" or "my doctor ______" just find a good/ new doctor. Best of luck

Agree with the others, around 16% You look great right now man, unless you're prepping for a show or photo shoot no need you're already "Ho ready" ;) The BF scanners are never accurate, my understanding is that they just scan water levels no real way to estimate muscle to fat ratio... If you workout in the AM as soon as…

https://boomboomperformance.com/ I've never used him but have listened to his pod casts for years, ask anyone you hire allot of questions!! You're allowed to ... think of it as hiring an employee... ask for references also. If someone doesn't ask about your sleeping patterns while discussing your goals and current activity…

You're best to hire someone, either online or a personal trainer. Remember when hiring someone you have the right to interview them and ask them for references even. They should sit down with you go over your goals and devise a nutrition plan and workout routine that align with your goals. I always suggest hiring someone…

Although I agree with the others I'm going to go on the flip side of the advice. Cut out the *kitten* food completely and replace your sweet "needs" with fruit instead of like figuring out how to work in a Snickers everyday. I think it will help you clear your head of the "need" for sweets and realize you don't actually…

I would love to see what you ate to reach 7300 calories a day brother with clean food. Assuming we eat the same from your pic. also you look awesome man.

This happens like once or twice a year to me, you have to just keep going... you might not be in full blown beast mode when you go but you have to just keep putting in the work if you want the results. Also just do something kind of fun... or that you enjoy more if that's training arms everyday for a few weeks .. then do…

Yes 98lbs with only lifting weights and no cardio... I only started doing cardio cause I platitude for 3 weeks and wanted to hit the 100lb mark ... Went on to lose 173lbs total ... no surgery ... no drugs... no fat burners either.

Go see a doctor, explain what is happening and ask for a blood test and to check your tyroid. No one on here is a doctor or has reviewed your blood work so you just get like guesses ... and then you kind of pick the best guess that you agree with and yet still have no idea what the issue is.. so find out the issue and work…

I'm curious what happened... I've had ton of bad experiences at the gym but like who cares, when I was 355lbs I had a bunch of teenagers calling me a fat *kitten*... My brother wanted to fight them, I told him know there is a problem with them not us, let them be negative. I've had a guy try and tell me I can't do certain…

Just track your stuff would be different if you where done and at maintenance and wanted to see what it was like not to track but to just kind of jump ship when you're annoyed will get you knowhere.

It's okay have a great day. ;)

Thanks for sharing, understand now why I didn't see any benefits. Have an amazing day!

I do chicken and rice or quinoa and chicken.

Hard to say anything with no details but would advise to go see your doctor and get a blood test done to check glucose levels could be diabetic and not aware.
-
Bodybuilding - Currently on a slow slow cut @ 255lbs, I call my current condition fluffy D3 and Magnesium Bys Protein to make numbers Almost ALL of them in my opinion, unless you've had a blood test done or doctor advised I view them as a waste of $$$. I've tried so many different things noticed no difference in body…

She/he is saying it's not relevant to the original post.

I'd call it skinny fat- I don't mean that in a rude way at all you asked so that's my take on it. Start lifting weights, no cardio and turn all that *kitten* into muscles brother!
-
This is already in Canada all restaurants have to post their calories for everything. It's relevant IMO and helps when making choices.

I think it's better for them to be there and for you to overcome your want/need for them. If you can't surpass this you'll most likely revert down the road after losing.

Research, research, research!! Learn all the stuff!!! The more you learn the more successful you will be at everything. Best of luck on your venture, glad the stress of Keto is gone and you can focus on just tracking calories!

Looks like I'm wrong, I thought the opposite thanks for sharing. I'm going on bro science and what I've discussed with people but everything I looked into says I'm wrong. Ty for the learnings

Hire a coach and follow her/his program... speak to them about it and they'll make the necessary changes required to your program to ensure progress.
-
I think you're over analyzing yourself... just keep working out and grow grow grow. Unless you want to be an IFBB pro one day? but then get to that level and then have your coach tell you what to do.
-
I notice no difference in using it .... apparently some people are none respondent though.... I'm only for stuff you might need ... go to the doc and ask for a blood test get the results and see what you actually NEED to supplement not what the internet tells you. I use magnesium bys and D3 that's it... nothing else…

Legs, legs, legs all day every other day! you can also still workout your other arm... it won't make you imbalanced like everyone thinks if it's like 6 months ...maybe but you can bring the other arm back up so... just do it man.
-
Stop doing keto and just track your calories... it doesn't seem to be working for you so why bother doing it? carbs aren't the enemy and keto is the end all be all of diets it's just a diet plan... couple years back it was Paleo or GF now it's all about keto... wait a few more years and it will be something else or the…

Counter productive, you can only work on one goal at a time. you can't gain muscle and strength on a deficit, lots of studies for this if you check goggly. If you have a year to compete and it's only 10lbs spend 12 weeks in a deficit and try and lose the 10lbs then focus on your strength while maintaining that weight.…
