  • I guess my biggest NSV is just getting back on track of eating right. I have been exercising but that is not enough when you don't eat right. I am hoping to see some results in the next week! ;)

  • After doing a little research on the muscles of the legs it looks like it could be posterior shin splint, however, when I rub it, it almost feels as thought it is the bone. I have no idea, but agree it could be the shoes!
  • The pain comes and goes. I have been to the gym the last 3 days in a row and have done some running each day. It was hurting some yesterday but today was much worse.

  • I had it last year, it was soooo painful. I actually got new shoes, did not set the treadmill to a faster pace than was comfortable. then in the evenings, after a shower I would massage it with lotion. It hurt really bad even to massage it but after about 2 months it went away.
  • I do not, it is flat out at zero! It is horrible, so bad today that I am limping. Not sure what it is, I guess blood clots have me worried but at this point not sure if they would actually hurt. I don't know, just bothersome especially when I just start to really enjoy running it starts hurting all over again.
  • I have one kettlebell at home that goes from 5lbs up to 15lbs just by adding a level.   • Welcome here! I slaced a little last night but still did the 15 min. Move & Groove and still work up a sweat! My fav. is the dance party for sure! It is 42 mins but I love ever routine in it! I think tonight is going to be the disco one!
