My husband did Tough Mudder twice in Colorado.. I think Tough Mudder is more challenging and harder because you have to run 10-12 miles of Hills not a flat concrete, hills were also steep and you have to do 26 obstacles depending on the location. Obstacles like: jump up 12 foot walls, 15,000 volts of barbed wire, higher…

I did Warrior Dash last May 5th in New Mexico and I'm doing it again in Colorado, August 2012. I might also do the MerrelI Down and Dirty (similar to Warrior) in June here in Colorado. It was a fun experience. For me, I like obstacle courses than running a 5k.

More on Cardio like Pull-ups, dips, Burpees, Bear crawl, lunges, push-up, planks and dead tires. Don't worry, you will survive if you work on your…

I agree Tough Mudder will challenge any of them. Running 10-12 miles of hills, 10-foot walls and swimming in cold ice, 10 bolts of barbed wire and higher fire. My…

Hello, I just posted this on the other board, so here's my suggestions: Run hills, lots and lots of hills (up and down), work on your upper body strength, stay focus and be positive :) I did Warrior Dash last 2 or 3 wks ago, May 5 in New Mexico and I'm doing it again in Colorado, August 2012. I'm surprised I did all the…

However, I used to train with a personal trainer last yr, but then I stop and did a one month Boothcamp. I'm surprised I did all the obstacles that I'm scared…
