Hello all... I am planning to do a Warrior Dash this September and was hoping to hear some of your experiences! What did you do for training? How do I survive!? haha

Hi, I did Warrior Dash at the end of April. I did p90x and some tire workouts. I have to say this will be a yearly event. I love it. I am actually doing a foam run this weekend. I really sure there is an exact workout to train for this. I would say trail runs would be good. Good luck, you will love it.0

I did one month bootcamp. The members that I did booth camp with we're also training for Tough Mudder, so it helped me a lot. Do exercises like what most Crossfit's do. More on Cardio like Pull-ups, dips, Burpees, Bear crawl, lunges, push-up, planks and dead tires.
Don't worry, you will survive if you work on your strenght. I was scared every time I see pictures of the obstacles, but hey I did it!0
