I usually have a banana 30-45 minutes before, I haven't had a problem with it. If I don't have bananas on hand I'll have half a slice of bread with 1 tbsp peanut butter. It all depends on what you feel you can handle though. :)

It's also good if you can find a workout partner for the mornings too. I find it harder to hit snooze if I know there's someone waiting for me at the gym.

I am not a morning person. AT ALL. My family could not believe I was getting up at 5am to workout. I think they're still in disbelief, almost a year later. I sleep in now till around 5:50 on gym days to make sure I'm there by 6:30. What works for me is to have everything packed and laid out the night before. I'll put my…

Awesome! As hard as it is, sometimes it's best not to rely soley on the scale! I find I get more satisfaction seeing changes in my body than the number the scale gives me! Congrats! All the hard work is paying off :)

I woke up early and went to the gym before work :) I also started a month long bootcamp challenge this week. Powered through the weeks workouts even though my muscles were still feeling it from the classes before! Starting to see differences already :D
