Not my all time favorite but definitely delicious! Shepards pie made with ground turkey/chicken instead of beef. Instead of mashed potato I mash together 2 medium potatoes and a whole head of cauliflower. Easy, healthy and yummy!

I like to mix in one whole egg and about 1/2-3/4 cup of egg whites. The yolk not only gives it a better flavor but it also contains most of the nutrients in an egg. I also like to mix feta with my eggs for some taste. :)

You should definitely eat more than 1200 calories while doing this program! It is a very physically demanding program. I'd suggest at least 1600.
