I'm not sure about the different types of artificial sweeteners, I think if it contains aspartame then it's all the same! I have only heard bad things about it so that's why I chose to give it up!

Butterball ground turkey does not sound like a good choice. Get something leaner... and not in a tube.... Butterball regular turkeys are injected with butter, you can literally see the little holes on the turkey where they injected it, before you cook it........ so I'd assume it was the same case for the ground turkey.

Sounds like your making the right choices! I suggest increasing your weight training to an hour instead of half an hour (three times per week) and when you lift, lift heavy with short reps. I have had a lot of success with lifting heavy and so have many others I know!!

I use tortillas for the dough.. and pizza sauce and top with LOTS of veggies!! also you can add chicken if you want some protein, I like to put green & red peppers, mushrooms, and spinach. and Cheese, just portion out the cheese to stick within your calories. Put in the oven for 5- 10 minutes! SO yummy :)

It's completely fine!! Don't worry about it! You literally have to overeat your TDEE (which you probably eat lower than) by 3500 calories to gain one single pound! If you see a weight increase on the scale it could be from a number of things (water retention, ect.) Don't let it bother you, but if you really get upset THAT…

I find whenever I hit a plateau for about a month, generally I will increase my calorie intake and the weight will start coming off again.... I would definitely not take appetite suppressants... if your body is hungry, feed it!!!
