Great outlook! It's so true.. I got to stop depending on the scale for results! I think you look amazing in both pictures!! Great work :)

It depends on the person, if it was someone I see everyday then it took awhile since they wouldn't see as dramatic a change, but I seen a few people I haven't seen for awhile, probably 2-3 months after I started living a healthy lifestyle and they were amazed by how I looked.

SAME! Apprantly if I don't have a smile on my face then I am cranky! lol..... I think that would just be weird if I went around smiling constantly....... hahaha

WOW is all I can say!! This is so amazing and you put in so much hard work, you deserve that cruise!! You look amazing!! you should be so proud :)

I just try to think about how I'm going to feel afterwards rather than thinking about how it will taste. With doing this for so long, I have less cravings especially for sugary treats. I hope this helps, just remind yourself how you will feel afterwards! Although, a treat once in awhile is not that bad, just try not to…

I started out in the 1200 calorie range, I lost a good amount (15 pounds) eating at that but then I realized, really I AM hungry and I don't feel full of energy. so I kept upping my calories and when I did the pounds started to come off faster I found. I try to follow the TDEE less 20% way of calculating. I found a lot of…

You are doing amazing! I would love to have strong arms like yours! This is awesome, keep up the hard work! Love your new haircut by the way! :)

To gain a pound you need to eat 3500 calories over your daily expenditure. You will be ok, just try to stay within your daily limit and maybe next time, I'm sure if you lost the sausage and gravy then the calories would be a lot lower. Try buying some lean ham to have with your breakfast or turkey bacon! Eggs are great…

I would definitely keep logging at least until you feel like you can approximate calories really well, because it's very easy to go over without realizing it, if your not tracking. Since you have obtain your weight lost goal, i suggest maybe creating other goals. Like perhaps a body fat % goal, a fitness goal (run for…

Agree! I try to explain this to so many people but sometimes they are just set on what they are doing! To each their own I guess! I'm not gonna try to push it on anyone but lifting has made amazing changes to my body.

Your doing great, I see a big difference! Just keep doing what your doing, patience is key. It WILL come with time! I love to remind myself of this quote during weeks where I only see little or no change on the scale. *Most people give up because of slow progress, without knowing that slow progress IS progress.. Don't…

I'm 5'9'' and weighted in at 154 this morning! I have lost 28 pounds so I am feeling great at 154 but my goal is 150 and i'm pushing to get there! I do still want to get down.. I would love to have a BMI 21, I would have to weigh 142! That's probably my ultimate goal! I just work out atleast 4 times a week, eat healthy 90%…

Wooohoo! I've had this happen to me as well :) Such a good feeling!

beautiful eyes!!

I'm definitely the opposite! you should be proud of your weight loss and all the hard work you have put in. I love hearing from people how great I look. haha Not sure why you would have this problem but if you really feel uncomfortable then just let them know. Tell them thanks but you don't like talking about it.. that's…

I didn't take pictures until I was comfortable with myself! I did take pictures a few months ago. I orginally took measurements when I started living a healthy lifestyle and I took measurements about 5/6 months later and it was amazing. I didn't notice how much better I looked until I seen the measurement results.…

I always double check but my scale usually says the same number when I step back on.. or is only 0.2 difference. I would consider getting a new scale if you find this happens often.

Wow this is so amazing. You guys look so much happier!! you are both inspirations, way to help each other along the way :)
-
YOu look like a different person!! This is amazing, you should be so proud.

I see it, but this is just a picture of your face. You will probably see more of a difference if you take personal full body pictures and compare them! or try taking measurements!! I took measurements and waited 4 months, the results were WAY better then I thought they were going to be... it was amazing!

You will more than likely to gain it back... just start eating healthy and working out and the weight will come off....

Me and my boyfriend have been together less than 3 years and we do this infront of eachother all the time! I tell him he forgot to flush and he says its a present for me lol. It's fun to joke about this stuff! It's normal, everyone poops/farts! It's especially nice that my boyfriend said he would never do that infront of…

"Oh my gosh! Your pregnant!" No I'm not? "OH, I was going to say how great you look pregnant" Thanks? lol and this was said by some random woman shopping for shoes at my old job! Seriously, if you don't know a person! Don't assume they are pregnant. I dunno what is with people these days. I did have a bit of a belly back…

This is amazing and so inspirational!!!

I usually do white wine (pinot grigio) or.. vodka or rum with water and lime/lemon! Spiced white captain morgan with water and lemon/lime is good! The spiced gives it a little kick.

cheese strings, almonds, yogurt, light popcorn with white cheddar seasoning, fruit

Thanks for your replies :) I don't really focus on BMI or weight but I was just curious to see what most would want their BMI to be. I know it depends on a lot of things and two people with the same BMI can look totally different. Thanks everyone!
