Every Sunday morning, first thing: no water, no meds, no nothing. I have found that even a few swallows of water will make a difference in my weight!

I can eat regular cottage cheese with no problem, but find I'm not liking the low-fat version, either. When I finish what I have in the house, it will be replaced in my diet with something more appealing.

I was tempted yesterday not to log some food, because I went over my calorie goal, but realized the only person I'm lying to is myself, and I'm going to bear the pain of not being accountable. LOG IT ALL!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have a family event coming up tomorrow and my husband and I were quite concerned that I couldn't work a lot of things into my goals for the day, but I will moderately enjoy myself and compensate later! LOVE the support I find on these boards! :happy:

I have to agree with this response: in my first marriage, family was all over the place, demanding choices and taking sides. This marriage is a contract between the two of you, not anyone else. My diary is telling me that I am eating too few calories - I need to know foods that are high in calories and yet low in protein, as I am medically unable to work out yet. Any and all suggestions welcomed!:smile:
