I'm in..... My goal is to work up to 100 crunches a day. Probably only able to do 50 right now, but I'll push myself. My other goal is to lose 8 lbs in July.

Ok.... I know the first few weeks you don't always see any weight loss, but I was SOOO hopeful. I'm trying not to get discouraged. Last week was my Starting Weight of 230. I drank more water than I usually do (made at least 8 glasses a day), stayed within my calorie goal, and exceeded my exercise goals....and I don't show…

I confess.... I went over on my calories yesterday by 130 cal. :sad: AND instead of doing better today I have already had a breakfast taco and chicken enchiladas for lunch (with some rice). Looks like I'll go over my calories again today, unless I work out hard tonight. :grumble:

I hope I have good news to report next Monday. SW (06/22/09) 230lbs Day 2 went ok. Day 1 went much better. Need to get more water into me. Any suggestions? Now to go home and convince my DH or daughter to go for a bike ride with me. If not, guess I'll go it alone.

Just starting today. I'm excited to be doing something. I hope I can stay on track without too many slip ups. SW - 230 CW - 230 (just weighed this morning) GW - 160 mini goals : 215 by August 9th. Drink allotted water each day. Exercise minimum of 30 min/day 4x/week
