I've decided it's time to get serious about trying to lose weight. It's time to lose this extra 50+lbs I've been carrying around for close to 9 years. It's time to do this for my health, my self esteem, and for my family. I don't want to be the person who shies away from the camera. I knew I had pushed past 200lbs a few years ago, but I rationalized that I could lose it whenever I wanted. I just wasn't that motivated. I didn't realize that I am now at 230 and it just crept up on me. I've gained 15 pounds in the last 5 months. This is unacceptable. I hope that making myself accountable to someone other than myself will help me. My husband just tells me that he loves me for me and doesn't understand that I don't love me as I am. I can't let this go on.....so it's time.

Welcome! You've made the decision to get healthy and that's a great start! Try to make yourself a priority for a while and really focus on committing yourself to healthy eating and exercise. You will begin to feel more energetic and feel so much better about yourself. Good luck!0
