If you're working out hard (to failure, meaning at the end of your set you feel as though you can't lift any more) then your getting the most out of your workout.

We're friends now!! :) I'm excited to get bulky with you haha :)

I agree with everyone that it depends on personal strength, fitness level, etc...but I can give you my numbers so you have an idea. I am 6'0", CW 189, SW 217. I played volleyball and threw shot put and discus in high school, so I did a lot of lifting then and was really excited to start lifting heavy again at the start of…

Forgot to mention rest days! I always try to have 1-2 rest days...but it varies depending on the business of the week :)

I work out 4-5 times a week. Sometimes 6. 4 of those days are weight lifting (alternating upper and lower body days) and the other two are cardio and ab focused days. On the weight training days I usually warm up with a 1 mile run. Had success so far!

I also am a B cup and I've just recently started to notice that I don't fill out the cups as much anymore...they were almost popping out of the B cup 25 pounds ago! Alas, as the previous person said, every ladies' girls are different. You are likely to see them get a bit smaller, but I don't think it will be anything too…

I always say a workout isn't a workout unless you leave with a soaked t-shirt. Don't have any shame about it! You're working your *kitten* off, and it's showing in sweat--and that's awesome!

"Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels" I remind myself this anytime I am tempted to binge or eat something unhealthy!
-
i second that! 90 pounds is an incredible loss and you should be proud! treat yourself every now and then, it makes the journey a lot more manageable.
-
no harm in enjoying yourself and letting loose one night! brush it off and get back to it tomorrow! nothing to worry about :)
-
mmm some Olive Garden bread sticks and fettuccine alfredo!

I have a busy schedule and am in school as well. I always pack a lunch and snacks the night before. I try to bring enough food to make it until dinner time. Maybe you could invest in a nice lunch bag/box and pack food for the day?

It was a gorgeous day so I played volleyball for 3 hours this morning, lifted legs, then went on an hour long bike ride with a friend.
-
My thoughts exactly!! hahaha

I'm no expert but I'm sure many will tell you that you should eat those exercise calories back. Your calorie goal already includes a deficit which is set for you to lose weight, so by not eating back your exercise calories you are creating a greater deficit which usually goes one of two ways: losing weight faster, or…

ayy...thanks for reminding me!! This is going to be a huge struggle for me as well. Maybe pack your own healthy snacks (though you will probably hear it from the boys, if they're anything like my guy friends), or eat a meal before the game & party starts so you don't feel hungry for the food there.

That's so special of you to give back to our community. It really is the friends on here that make such a difference. You look amazing and I am really inspired by your story!
-
You are so entertaining! I wish you the best of luck with everything. I am happy to support and motivate you along the way!

Sometimes before, sometimes after. If I know I'm going out to eat one day, I'll log the food I'm going to order before I go. Most days I log after...usually soon after the meal. I don't wait until the end of the day to log it all. Doing it throughout the day helps me keep track of how much I have left and helps me plan my…

That's great that you list the weight! But this makes me sad...you should never have had to be miserable to lose 20 pounds :( My guess is that upping your calories will ultimately do your body a lot of good.
-
Agree-- it doesn't look like you have much to worry about! Just keep doin' what you've been doing. Looks like it's working!

Well, with your meal plan in the dining halls you're going to have healthy options, and not so healthy options. Our dining halls always have a huge salad bar, but they also have a pizza bar. So it's all about making healthy choices. If it's "all you care to eat," that doesn't mean "go back for seconds and thirds every…

That's exactly how I logged it to. No other way to do it, really.

Triscuit flat bread crackers are SOO good. Packed with flavor and the serving size (2 crackers) is only 60 calories.

You could map it on mapmyrun.com...it's technically for running but I've played with the site and it is definitely bike friendly!
-
English muffin and two large fried eggs. That's my breakfast every day. It's quick, filling, and delicious!

Go Green Bay!

I always make sure to buy english muffins. They're quick, tasty, and only ~100 calories each! Great for breakfast. Eggs and yogurt are also always on my list. If you're looking for healthy snacks, Triscuit Flatbreads are only 60 calories per serving size (2 crackers) and they're really tasty! Lately I've been buying the…

Tomorrow will be a better day! Some days are just blue, but don't worry! You can start fresh tomorrow.
