try only weighing yourself once a week, at the same time every week, instead of daily. You'll get a more accurate weight.

So I weighed in this morning and only lost 1/2 a pound. Does anyone know if the calorie count is acurate?

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hey! My trainer told me about this site and I think it is awesome! I have passed it on to some friends and hope it works well for them. Looking forward to making this year the year that I lose the baby weight:happy:
