Because I ate. Too much. And I didn't care.

Totally with you on that one. I hate it. Plus I don't really have the time to cook huge awesome meals. But it's just something that has to be done if you want to reach your goals. If you always eat out or grab something to go you never really know what exactly is in your food and therefore never know how much you actually…

You can't gain weight if you're in a caloric deficit. If you gain weight, you eat too much. Carbs wont hinder you from losing weight.
-
Carb on.

Haven't you just posted the exact same question? http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1118931-treats-and-weight-gain There's your anwers already.

All of this.
-
That doesn't make any sense at all. If you really burned 600 calories, you could eat all of them back and COULD NOT gain any actual weight because you would still be under your maintenance. That's why you do cardio and that why you state your burn after all, to add those calories to your daily goal & be able to eat more.
-
As long as you're within your target, you wont gain weight. If you know you go crazy if you deprive yourself why do it? Have some of your sweets if you want to, just make sure they fit into your daily calories.
-
Whatever tickles your fancy. It's about the calorie burn, so it really doesn't matter.
-
It's not a meal replacement. It is helpful if you struggle to reach your daily protein goal. If you can't reach it with proper food, go for a protein shake. There's actually no need to, though. There's no best time to take it. Personal preference.

You're fine. Just get back to normal tomorrow. What counts is the average of calories you eat, but me I personally wouldn't stress too much about 1 day being over. On a side note, salt will not make you gain weight. It may cause water retention, but that's about it.
-
You can not gain actual weight as long as you are in a caloric deficit. It's not the sugar "shocking" your body (wth anyways) and it's not you missing any veggies. If you didn't go over your calorie allowance it's just a simple fluctuation. Don't stress over it.
-
There's lots of things that affect weight fluctuations, you already named a few. Also working out and a increased carb intake can cause water retention. Don't worry, as long as you're in a caloric deficit, you cannot gain fat. Step away from the scales for some time.

Granny-panties in leggings are nice, too.

In. Motocross. Nothing beats an adrenaline high.
-
What whyyy? Do you wanna put something in there?
-
Pretty much this. But go for the heavy stuff.
-
Aw okay, sorry. :) Didn't read all the previous posts & got your sentence wrong.

Eat more calorie dense foods. If you really struggle to eat enough, ditch the cardio. Cardio is not going to increase your muscle mass, neither is it helpful to keep existing lean body mass. It is a great tool for fitness (endurance etc.) and to add some extra calories to your daily goal. If you still want to do it, do…

A calorie is a calorie, no matter if the food you eat is "clean" or not. Calories = energy. Not enough calories = not enough energy. You can eat 20lbs of cotton wool every day, that still doesn't mean you're eating enough.
-
Losing body fat in general will help. Like you said, there is no such thing like spot reducing.
-
Why d'you think so?
-
Fish has plenty of protein. If you really struggle, get some protein powder.
-
My advice would be to do it the other way round. Do strength training to keep as much lean body mass as possible while losing fat. Cardio is not needed to lose weight; it's a nice extra to "add" some more calories to your daily goal. You can create your desired deficit by simply eating less, though.
-
Eat a small surplus, eat enough protein and (what you're already intending to do) do resistance training. What you want to do is build muscle mass, so eating in a deficit would not make sense. Look up a beginners strenth training programme like 5x5 or New Rules of Lifting. If you don't have a home gym you will need access…
-
There's no way to gain muscle without gaining some fat. Eat a reasonable surplus, eat enough protein, do resistance training (with heavy weights!). I don't think a DVD will bring you the results you want.
-
Do you weigh everything you eat with a food scale?
-
False. Since your boobs are mostly fat tissue, fat loss is what makes them smaller.

Wow that film was SO disturbing.
