I live in Wisconsin. It's about $55-60+ per hour and $30 for a half an hour. I'm thinking it's worth it to get rid of this muffin top! LOL! :)

I weigh 138, spin for 45-60 mins and burn about 450-500 per class. But the days when my heart rate is lower I'm looking at 400. I wish I could burn 800!

I don't know how tall you are but I would think you need to tighten up if you weigh 100lbs. I would just do some cardio and ab work but I wouldn't loose more. You look great!

I have found that if I don't eat all of my exercise calories I gain also. I would try to eat all of your calories and see what happens.

Polar 6 is the best! I love mine. I can't work out with out it! I do find that if I don't have the chest strap super tight it won't pick up my heart rate. But other than that I love it! Me too, slow and steady. But you have to look at measurements to. I'm only down a couple of pounds, but have lost about 2 inches in my waist and 1 inch in my hips! That makes more of a difference to me than what the scale says! Keep up the good work! :drinker:

For sure! I just got a HR monitor and was surprised how off I was. I was entering spinning and it was saying like 600 calories, however I have been wearing it to class and it's really about 400! I manage sleep lab and am a sleep technician with neurology degree. You should not need to nap like that unless you are a toddler or have a sleep disorder. :laugh: But really, if you are getting 6-8 hours of sleep you sound not need to nap. Even with long bike rides.
