  • Hey, I'm Sue and I just started this month. I also have been working out for 4 weeks and have lost 3 lbs. That's good, they say 1 lbs a week is recommended. I also have about 15-20 lbs to go...good luck I'm cheering you on here in CT.
  • When I'm tipsy, who cares, I know I don't!!!! If someone finds my dancing funny, at least we're all having a good time. And believe me I'm sure I look funny, like those are saying about Elaine! But as long as you're having fun, who cares and your exercising at the same time! WIN WIN
  • I'm just starting out, but I think this weekend is going to be a challenge...I'm still keeping my log, but I like a few "adult drinks" so I'll stick to the lowest calorie one I can find!!! Should be fun!!! :)

  • I like a little crunch in my yogurt, so I put a sprinkle of Bare Naked Chocolate granola, it adds a little chocolate flavor & crunch, plus it's whole grain. I love it!
