Probably start breakfast with a half serving of oatmeal, strawberries, maybe a pear and coffee.......Lunch & thruout the rest of the day: Turkey burgers with onion and spices mixed in......on a thin bun.......some kind of salad....a few veggie chips....homemade guacamole.....prolly some hummus....pumpkin pie.....coffee.....I'm too close to goal to blow it now!

I will be in Washington DC for Rolling Thunder. My plans are to memorialize all the military folks who gave their lives to keep me free. Food is not included.0

I'm just starting out, but I think this weekend is going to be a challenge...I'm still keeping my log, but I like a few "adult drinks" so I'll stick to the lowest calorie one I can find!!! Should be fun!!!0
