  • I'm 40 and haven't worked out in awhile. I started with Absolute Beginners Kettlebell 3-in1 with Amy Bento. It has a tutorial in the beginning which I like, and it's basic. She move's a little fast for me, and I don't try to keep up, but I've counted how many reps she does of each move and just go at my own pace.
