Women dont sweat, we glisten! That being said, I love to glisten! Just means I got a good workout.

I solved that problem with a hysterectomy! lol! But if that seems a bit extreme for you, I swear by the menstrual cup! I used the instead but if you google it there are lots of options. There is a learning curve involved, but once you get the hang of it, truly life changing!

Our tiny town(500) just opened a "wellness center". I live in the country but this is on my way home and on the weekend only 1.5 into town. And it is $15 a month. I have no excuse not to go.

I had them and hated them. I know others love them, you will get those responses. I found them to have the texture of rubber bands! I will just have smaller portions of the real thing.

I take fish oil and flax oil capsules. I eat chia seed, flax seed(has to be ground) and hemp seed. Lowered mine enought to get off medication!

We have a rule in our office, I clean out the fridge on Friday. If you leave it there, its gone. I get all the leftover containers, bonus for me, my kids use it to take leftovers when they come over! I work with all men and their wives probably wonder what happens to their containers, but they know the rules.

Spinach, strawberries, walnuts and goat cheese topped with at tiny bit of raspberry balsamic. Second fave, spinach, basil leaves, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella with pesto.

I use local bee pollen and it has really helped my allergies. Maybe honey would work as well but it might need to be raw unprocessed to have the right properties. I am just guessing.

I have made this before and it is delish! I came up with about 81 cals. Have had it plain or with a little fruit of whip cream. Its low cal, plus there isnt a big cake sitting around tempting you!

Not sure what that is.

"DLF>DNF>>DNS" which means Dead Last Finish beats Did Not Finish which greatly trumps Did Not Start. In other words, go for the 10K.

I'm an Iowan, friend me if you like.

Ragbrai rocks! I did it a couple of years ago with my daughter(then 20, so no drinking). We had a blast! It can be a drunken frat party or a neighborhood block party. Its whatever you want it to be. I am from Iowa, so I might be biased! Mickelson Trail in South Dakota is also gorgeous, a little hilly but not bad.

I ditched mine, and my cholesterol meds too. Yay for Omega-3s!

I found I was able to drink more when I stopped putting ice in it. Werid but true!

What was worse than that was the rope! I couldnt get 1ft up that stupid thing!

I never was obese but was overweight and ate very unhealthy. Heart disease and diabetes run in my family and my father died of complications from both at 60. So every time my doctor recommended a pill(High blood pressure, diaretics, cholesterol) I gladly took it! Finally, I decided enough was enough. Through healthy eating…

Learned how when I worked in a laundry room. Not that hard once you learn, but I couldnt begin to attempt to explain it in writing! lol!

I dont have much new to add except, do NOT get a big padded seat. Yes, get the padded shorts but a larger or a padded seat will actually cause more pain. May seem counterintuitive but take my word for it!

I started cycling about 5 years ago. I remember the first time I rode 10 mi and it was so hard. Now I ride 30-40 most rides. I have even participated in a ride that crossed our state(approx 500 mi) in a week! Just ride as often as you can and your endurance will build! I am not one for speed, (my daughter and I call…

I use it during and after a long ride(coconut water,I prefer unflavored). In place of gatorade type drinks, it replaces electrolytes. Dairy doesnt agree with me so I alternate coconut milk(in cartons) with almond milk. Whichever the store has.

I love those who make remarks about my lunch! As they eat a bag of chips, 20 oz soda, something greasy out of the warmer, and top it off with a candy bar(usually king size!).

10 miles, 2 gravel, 1 blacktop, the rest highway, practically no taffic. I am pretty lucky because we live at least 30 miles in all directions from any major towns so most have to commute. Have to go to town to do my grocery shopping once a week, nothing more than a convenience store in the small town I work in.
