Are your front calf muscles tense? Stretching the front muscles, too, and not just the calf stercht agaings wall could get it better. At least it did for me. I (almost) always eat yoghurt with müsli (cereals? no sugar). It's quick and make me go until lunch. Or instant oatmeal, all I need is hot water.

I would eat my regular calories but do an extra workout. Would make me feel good about it all.

Are you on betablockers? If so, you'll never get your heart rate to the maximum. (Not that you should quit the meds if you need them, just to let you know it's ok having a lower heartrate)

5 weeks down, 15 to go. Last week was a big challenge, as my mood was terrible, due to kneepain, which restrained me from running. I seem to eat, when feeling down. Went over my calories every day, but I actually stayed away from chocolate. Now i WILL get back on track. I CAN do this!
