I think your pic is fine .... it would be one thing if you were showing tons of skin, but your totally covered up. if they have a problem with your pic then they must have some kind of deeper issue. maybe their jealous of you for actually doing the actions to loose weight and look good. maybe they have a low self esteem…

I'm doing Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD and it is AWESOME ... totally worth the money and definitely a great workout!! I HIGHLY recommend it! :wink:

i dont think you can "carry over" your calories to another day. I'd workout tomorrow so you can eat what you want to eat tomorrow at lunch.
