malibu927 said that if you have just started working out it might be water weight. Could anyone please explain why this should happen? I have upped my exercise too and noticed that I appear to be retaining a lot of water but not sure why. Thanks in advance.

I gave up weighing myself as the scales never seemed to move even though i was being good and staying slightly below my calories, and exercising too. I used a tape measure instead and was glad to see i had lost 41/2" from my waist. So now I just stick to measuring. maybe you should try it too?

i have the options belgian hot chocolate and dunk rich tea biscuits in it. very chocolatey, fills the craving, but not too many calories considering what i would have had previously. But dont stress about it, just accept that you are going to have a blip and dont worry about it. You can get back on track after its finished.

i am new to this myself, but the thing i notice about your last few days is that there. isn't much in the way of vegetables or salad.
