By diet I mean what I eat. Can some people take a look at my diary for the past few days or weeks or whatever and tell me what you think? What should I add or get rid of, any tips would be helpful.
And as a side note, the reason why my breakfasts are so big is usually because I eat before swimming in the morning and then after it too.

i am new to this myself, but the thing i notice about your last few days is that there. isn't much in the way of vegetables or salad. It looks like you are having lots of shakes but i think you will miss the need to chew real food, as that is what tells your brain that you are full. I would add more vegeatbles, steamed are best, grilled.chicken or fish, salad and fruit, cereals etc. you need to fuel your body with healthy stuff. now i shall go and practise what i preach lol. good luck0

I agree with the previous poster that you don't have a lot of veggies or fruit. Definately increase those!
You also should try eating more clean, fresh foods. Fruits, veggies and lean meats. Your sodium is high frequently. Also, you don't eat a lot. You normally net a lot under 1000 calories. Eat your exercise calories back. Sounds opposite to what we know of weight loss but you should be eating more than you are. Try to limit the processed foods as that's what gets a lot of sodium and such.0 -
Also, are you drinking water? You don't have it logged so we don't know if you aren't drinking it or just not recording it.0
