Over 160lbs down. Half my starting weight... <---see profile pic. I'll put more up later.

I get on 3-4 times a day. I like to see how my weight fluctuates and what affects it.

When I say "suggested amount" I mean by mfp suggested... My fat intake is perfect and my nutritionist agrees.
-
My daily intake of saturated fats is normally zero, so I don't bother at all. In fact, my fat intake is never even 1/3 of the suggested amount...
-
Definitely breakfast! It is almost half of my daily intake.

Wearing nothing but spandex... :)

I've found some of the nutritional info to be waaaay off. Google and common sense prevail!

I sometimes eat 6 meals a day but haven't bothered changing my diary to reflect that. It is still recorded at Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just record them in the the three sections. Perhaps, many others are doing the same...

Great story and I can relate to her apologetic feelings!

After seeing specialists, debating surgery, taking Opiates for a year to reduce pain, and basically dreading the thought of living the rest of my life that way, I saw someone who knew what they were talking about. They suggested those stretches (may or may not work for you) and I was pain free five minutes later and as…

Stretch your hamstring and your abductor muscles. I bet the pain will be gone afterwards. It will come back though if you don't keep on your stretching...

I would first find someone to speak to about your anxiety and everything else will just fall back into place once the results are back. IMHO

I hate when people pick at their hands!!!!

Body bike team? Found out what it is. Not a bad option and something I will seriously consider.

I believe the bodybugg is what they use on the biggest loser and is not only expensive, also has a monthly fee that goes along with it.

lol at " And for god's sake, if you have any female friends, DO NOT MENTION THEM FOR A MONTH!!! LOL" because i do have two friends at work that I hang out with and both are ladies. I work closely with both and also socialize with at lunch, so their names come up often and when they do, my wife shuts right down;…

I understand this is not a personal attack! But my wife has everyone opportunity to go out after the kids go to bed. I go to the gym, after everyone is in bed, including her. I've basically given up half of my nights sleep so that I can run and go to the gym. Also, I did get a comment the other day "How am I supposed to…

Thanks guys! You're all so supportive! My wife works out as well but with two kids it is tough for us to get to the gym and do it together. I try to go to the gym after everyone is in bed so that I am not ignoring anyone but that is tough, too. The thing that upsets me, is before I started losing weight, she used to tell…

That's a really good idea!

You should try working on exercises that will strengthen your wrist and hands. Once they improve, you shouldn't have that problem anymore. IMHO

I run at least 5k 6 days per week. I try to get in some 10k's and am trying to find time to make some 15k-20k runs. However, these are not races.

You all have very lucky husbands!

I started running Jan 29th at 300lbs. I successfully ran an entire half-marathon in May but I still can't break 30 minutes in 5k. I am working on that now and hope that if I lose another 50lbs it will just happen easily! My best time ever, was last night and I ran the 5k in 32:16.

I wish my wife read this... It is nice to hear.
