I had surgery two weeks ago and I was also worried about falling off the wagon. I am unable to go to the gym yet but I am walking slowly daily . I am also hoping to go swimming again soon as the wounds have healed I am still losing weight and I am sure you will do fine too Good luck with the operation and the weight loss :D

I have lost 20 pounds in 4 months but actually lost 28 as I was in hospital for a week and gained 8 pounds that I have also lost again Good luck everyone :)

I am not seeing the scales move at the moment but I have been taking pictures and so I can see the difference. I am so glad of the photos as I would have been depressed if I did not have them Many others around me are commenting as well so I know I look different even though I have lots more to lose Keep at it and use tape…

I agree 20 minutes is better than nothing and a great start .Some intense workouts can be done in 20 minutes :) But even if its a gentle workout if you have been doing nothing then you will start losing weight and maybe even workout more as you get fitter ! I applaud anyone who makes it to the gym even if they seem to be…
