Don't look at the big picture. Set smaller goals for yourself and keep pushing forward. I've lost 115 pounds since March and still have about 50 - 60 pounds to go. Just take it one day at a time and don't let a small set back stop you. Good luck!

I eat there 2 or 3 times a month but I get the chopped Chicken salads. I love Subway!!

If you think it's possible, then it's possible. I am 47 and started at 323 pounds 9 months ago. This morning I am 212.8. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

You need to change your mind set. Focus on something other than food. If you're not eating in a way that you can live with the rest of your life, then it will not work. If you want carbs, eat carbs. Just eat them in moderation. Don't deprive yourself of them or you'll binge. If you're grumpy, then you're not eating enough.…
