Honestly it's just if I'm home and bored that I munch out. What about low cal snacks like carrots that will satisfy the oral fix? I tend to be OK if I've had a meal and I have a glass of water or some gum to chew after. Or I make myself a diet soda or something instead if I need a sweet fix.

I actually finish all my macros and calories for the day and add in my exercise at the very end as to not change my original numbers if that makes sense.

I only weigh once a week and measure once a month. I guess I just keep on keeping on! Just wish I had an accurate body fat measuring tool!

I'm sort of at a crossroads, used to do everyday at home to a DVD series, but want to get going back to the studio. Unfortunately I'm trying to save money. Just need to get back into my home groove. Maybe new sequences? Been contemplating yogaglo or one of those subscription services.

I would do some research into the different types of yoga, some are more vigorous than others. For me, I love that yoga is more flowing and less like doing sets of strength exercises. I mean obviously, I don't plan to go back doing what got me here in the first place, but I do want something I can do to stay healthy long term. I still want to push myself and be fit, but not in a way that I can't keep up. (Like if I got super buff and had to work out 7 days a week to keep those muscles).

Thanks everyone! I'm pretty sure this is what I had thought myself in my gut. I'm also trying to figure this out in the form of food habits as well, finding new healthy foods that I like. :)

I started my sugar detox 2 weeks ago, I generally don't miss it at all. The only sugar source I'm still consuming is fruit and stevia. I won't do artificial sugars or honey.

I think it was an off day, did a pretty hard class at 9pm the night before. Was probably exhausted. :(

I did yoga this morning and I'm not sure what it was but I didn't have as much energy as I do at night. I think it's cause I sit in a chair all day so by the time i get off of work I can't wait to hit the mat. Had that cold clammy sweat this morning, didn't feel quite right...

I'm finding the Ultimate Yogi DVDs are giving me a good range! Starting to enjoy my little hour on the mat everyday. Still haven't been able to get up in the morning to do it yet, but with time and energy, maybe I will next week!
