  • :drinker: That's wonderful. I started with MFP a week before your start date and I've only lost 41 pounds. My goal is to lose 80. I'm jealous! I thought if I go slow, it will stay off. But there's no exercise with me. That could be part of the problem. Keep up the good work!!!
  • I haven't done any serious exercising so far and I'm at the 20 lb. loss mark. Now I'm ready to start walking longer than 10 minutes and doing stretching. Eventually, I will incorporate weight exercises. A little at a time. I'm in this for the long haul!
