Feel free to add me! I've been using MFP for almost a year and I'm on every day. I saw my husband lose 156 lbs in a year using this app and going to the gym. I'm pretty much at my goal weight, but I'd like to keep it there! =)

I've just about reached my goal of what I want to lose, now I'm trying to tone up. I have a 1 year old and a 5 1/2 year old. Finding the time to exercise is sooo hard, but I found a gym I love and I make it my "me" time. Feel free to add me. I"m on everyday. I hit day 300 and am trying to make it to 365!

It's all about portion control and keeping your calories in check! You can eat anything in moderation

That is great! It can be done- I've seen it firsthand with my husband. It's so great to see so many inspiring stories on here from so many people. I hope you can reach your final goal and are happy with with you accomplished!

Way to go! That is awesome! Good for you for sticking with it and finding what works best

I do Kosama, which is kickboxing, cardio and kettle bells. Sometimes the cardio is a circuit class. It mixes things up and keeps me motivated

I"m on my 13th week of Kosama and I can see the difference in my arms and waist! It's an awesome program. Congrats to you!

Feel free to add me. I have an 8 1/2 month old and am finally getting rid of those pesky few last pounds!

Where is this option? I'd love to add it! My daughter is 8 months old but still breastfeeding 6-7x a day

you can add me I'm on every day!

You can add me. I started using MFP to support my husband but I find that it is just a great way to eat better and feel healthier and I've managed to take a couple of inches off my waist in the process

My husband hit a plateau and asked one of the trainers at the gym what to do. He said to increase calories for a week by a couple of hundred and then go back down. It worked and he got past it. Good luck!
