80 lbs in 8.5 months. (pic heavy)

I posted a similar story at 70 lbs lost, but I like to share because I've found something that works for me. I would love to help any of my fellow MFPers in anyway possible so I thought I'd update you all on my progress.

I started this journey as a 5'6 27 yr old weight 336 lbs on November 7, 2012. Today I am a 256 lb 28 yr old! I can run 4 miles without stopping and I have a resting heart rate of 58 bpm.

What I do is simple. I eat 1500-1600 calories a day. I try to include lots of veggies, fruits, and lean meats, but I'm not afraid to enjoy a candy bar or hamburger. I drink about a gallon of water a day, and I try to workout every weekday... at least! I'm really ready to kick this weight loss in to high gear and lose this last 20 lbs to get to 100 pounds lost! This new plan includes 20,000 steps a day on Tuesday. Running a 5k every Tuesday and Thursday at the very least., and finding time to do 2 gym visits a day. All this is very doable for my schedule and determination. I've made it this far! I just have to keep going!
