I did the Warrior Dash in AZ back in April. It was an amazing experience and you will do great! I would just continue to run and maybe do some strength training as you will be climbing a couple of rope ladders. I'm excited for you! :o)

I do a circuit training class which includes alot of sports drills 4-5 times per week and I love it. Typically I burn 400-500 calories, depending on my intesnsity, per session. Funny... I had that same exact question this morning. I try to stay at just above 1200 calories wether I exercise or not for weight loss. Once I reach goal weight I think I may change that up a little. :o)
