Woo! Just finished W5D3. I kinda psyched myself out for the 20 minute run. I finished it though, plus 2 more minutes of running during the cool-down. Still can't see myself doing an actual 5k though =/

I've tried doing 30ds a few times before. But I never even got to level 2... Maybe joining a group this time will actually help me keep up with it! I'm starting to fall behind a bit. this is supposed to be week 4 for me, but I still haven't finished week 3 day 3 yet. I need to start spreading the days out instead of doing them at the very end of the week (fri, sat, sun)
