Morning ladies!! My plans for this week: 2/28 - 3/4 Eat 1200 calories Keep may carbs @ 120g, fat @ 40g, protein @ 90g, and fiber @ 25 Do more cardio ( 5 -6 days) and less strength (maybe 2 -3 days). Drink 100oz water And to stay positive and focused on my goal! Have a great day ladies!! bbl:smile:

I forgot to weigh in today, but I did yesterday and I was the same weight the whole week..that darn scale didnot budge (well it did -it went up a little and got stuck at that number). so my weight was/is last week: 206.6 yesterday: 208 i am not happy what the scale said, however, I am happy my clothing is getting bigger…

I achieved my walking/jogging goal: 30 miles. I have, thus far, 32 miles. ANd my other part of my challenge (using workout dvds) I am half way done wiht that too. Have a great day everyone!!!
