I have gained 2 pounds since the 23 of Jan 2014. Not close to what I was led to believe by the formula used on this site. I have learn never to go by the formula on here because it has NEVER been correct. Yes, I account for the five weeks out thing they base it on.

Ater my brother and I spoke to a few trainers and those who cpmpete we decided to have a cheat day. What we did though was break it down to where we have a cheat meal and eat one snack per week. I still count my calories just to show me how bad I was and this makes me workout a lot harder.

My calories are holding about 2,000 each day after doing my workouts but the weight is going up at an alarming rate. I’m back up to 227. I’m on the 2nd round of the P90X program.
