K, I was confused, I thought the teams provided advantages, e.g. you'd only be moved to home team if your team lost the least amount of weight and you were the lowest weight loss of that team. Understand now, thanks - teams are only for support. thx for clarifying!

I want to lose 2 lbs a week, so down 8 lbs, but most likely it's going to be 4 lbs. :P Need to be realistic here haha. More strength training, one of the big reasons i'm hesitant is that my gym is co-ed and there are guys everywhere and i'm self-conscious. Gotta get over that :)

I do it throughout the day so I can track how much calories I have left and plan what to eat.

8 cups sounds about right. i drink approx. 3 cups of water with lunch and dinner, then 2-3 cups with my workout so without even knowing it, I am completing the challenge! ;)

If u workout that day, u eat the workout day amount of cals. If I don't work out, eat the no workout amount of cals.
