I have gone to many web pages to find how much of each different vitamin type I should have each day. There is as many diff data bases as web pages. I know that going to my diary I can tell how much I have taken each day, what I was looking for is how many should I take? What should my goals be? Thanks Bob

Is there a correct data base for the amount of vitamins that should be in the daily intake Thanks Bob

How did you pick a 40-40-20 plan?

What are the points you all are talking about ? Are they grams of protein? I have been on a 50-25-25 plan for the last 10 weeks, is there a problem with this plan ? I think I got the correct calculations for this plan but I am now not sure. Can any ony tell me what the correct formula is ?

Thanks for all the input it was just great. You all made me feel great thanks I forgot to mention that I track every thing I eat, down to the vitamin pills. I am on a 50-25-25 plan 50% of me calories are prot. 25 % carb and 25 % fat, is that an ok plan? Have to go for now off to the gym.

I had the same problem, so I started to drink a protein supplement its called Myofusion. I put 1.5 scoops in a blender with 4 ice cubes half cup of water and a half cup of 1% milk . Run the blender for about 2 min, This will give you about 38g of protein with about 200 calories and only 8g of carbs. I use the milk…

What do you mean by 60% prot., 25% carb. and 15% fat. Is that relative to your body weight vs intake?

And I thought that I was the only person with this problem. I have lost 71 lbs, it has taken one year and 4 months. I have only lost 5 lbs in the last 6 months of my life change " diet" . Losing the 71 lbs is great , but that is it. My ave. intake per day, for the last 234 days is: 1230g cal., 150g carb., 37g fat, 81g…

The last time I asked for help on this subject the response was that I am not eating back my cal. from my work out. Soooooo I started to increase my cal. intake, from 1200 per day to about 1700. Prior to my cal. increase I had lost 71 lbs. Since the cal. increase I put back on 4 lbs. I am now going to try a daily intake of…

OK it has been one week, I increased my cal.intake to about 1700 cal per day and I have put on 4 lbs. I also started resistance training. I am going to try the cal. increase for another week, and hope that I start losing again.

Are you telling me that if I burn 700 cal. during my work out, I should eat 700 cal more each day? That would bring my total cal. count to 1900 per day. I always thought that if you burn more cal. than you take in you will lose weight.
