Great Job..you are half way there (for this challenge)!!

Don't give up ....you get even more discouraged if you do. Are you lifting weights bc sometimes that could have an effect. You may be hitting a plateau and need to change a few things up to confuse your body.

I think to lose 10 lbs in the month of November. 10 lbs would be about 2 lbs a week.

I have a goal to lose around 2 lbs every week (unless TOM). This past weigh in was good, I'm nervous to see what I start with on the 24th.

Well, I weighed in yesterday and was down 1.4 lbs. 15 lbs to go to get to my 10% goal and then it will be another 10% goal
