Ha ha - you're not alone, sister.... I'm not too keen on red wine, so if I am going to have some wine now, I get red so I don't drink so much. Plus hubby likes red wine, so he drinks more of it.

It's a pretty impressive achievement, but I saw a documentary on this guy and he didn't come across very well, quite selfish infact - ie, constantly demanding NHS pay for everything (ie, his food, care workers - that is his 'feeders' to shovel junk in his mouth and wash him), whilst exerting no effort to change his…

So what did he actually say? Did he actually use the word 'fat'? Or is this your own interpretation of the situation. Tell us his exact words...

See, this is why I am afraid to start. But half is better than nothing! LOL - I might start it and do each session over 2 days - the 60 day shred as it were!

Hi Sullus, This is interesting stuff. I'm not up on what is high in iron. I'm not really into taking supplements, so have to do some research into what foods are good for iron. T xx

Indeed! Although the 'meeting the girl at the beginning and knowing how she dies' has really been done to death with River Song....I hope he's got something cleverer up his sleeve.

Hi Jon, Of course! It was excellent, and I didn't see the twist coming, although watching it for a second time I should have. My prediction is that the Statue of Liberty is a weeping angel that never moves because someone is always looking at it. Although I doubt the BBC has the budget for that!

Hi, Yes, I agree. I think there is a certain paranoia now amongst parents (correct me if I'm wrong, as I am not one) that there's murderers and kidnappers around every corner. As for the food thing, I saw a young lad last year about 11 - 12 yrs old eating an apple walking down the street. What surprised me the most was my…

Hi! Yes, a mattock is like a pick axe, but with a wider flat blade. I think you may be right about the padding, not sure how to go about this, though, there must be something out there that won't have me bound up like an american footballer.

Thank you! I will have a look at this. Always bruised easily, I'll do more research into this.

So he's pretty much going to see this post, then?
