I haven't weighed myself since December...but that's because I don't own scale. Normally I would do it every other day but only really 'count' the weigh in every week or so.

i eat it with half a can of tuna, 100g of cottage cheese, 60g of tomatoes, 50g of cucumber, a tbsp of fresh dill and cracked pepper. It's a very low calorie but filling meal.

I'm 5'6 and about 138. There was a time not too long ago that I had a flat stomach, and would like to lose to the point of that occurring again. I am nearly there, so I think when I hit 130-135 I'll be content.

5'6, started off as 155 as my highest weight, and got down to 140. Took some time off from MFP for about 6 months and maintained my weight and now I'm looking to get down to 130 or 125. I'm doing it slowly though, and am about 138 right now. I am hoping for .5lbs loss a week.

they sell craisins in England. I have seen them at all the big supermarkets and at poundland (whoop!)

Can you get an HRM without a chest strap? I can't see it providing that much of an accurate reading just from your wrist heartbeat...
-
I found the opposite. I invested in an HRM (polar ft7) and found I burn way more during certain exercises. Other one's were spot on, but walking in particular I was burning a lot more (but that could be due to the fact I selected the wrong mph)

I love books and am always looking for more to read! I just finished the handmaid's tale by Margaret Atwood, and I really liked it. My favorite books include: Atonement - Ian McEwan the Help - Kathyrn Stockett the Book of Negroes: A Novel - Lawrence Hill Life of Pi - Yann Martel Harry Potter Series - JK Rowling Memoirs of…

2035? Really? Mine expires every 5 years (it also does not include your weight).

I think it heavily depends on how you are using the word fat. Is it to shame? To call attention to someone’s circumstances? In what environment? There are many anti-fat biases associated with those who are overweight and obese, including widely held perceptions that obese people possess negative characteristics, whether…

game of thrones. i watched the first season on hbo before starting though so it's not as exciting (as the show follows the books quite well) and is therefore taking me a while to get through!

popcorn, i look like a fool eating it. i actually eat it by the handful, and eat at least 3 servings (when its air popped)! other is frozen raspberries. but i don't feel too guilty about that one! other things are the typical chips, ice cream. i find i have a hard time saving food. if i buy a treat i have to eat it right…

i like sogood vanilla soy, but they don't sell it over in england and i don't find the alpro brand compares. i used almond milk for a while, but it was too watery for my taste. now i just use plain old skim milk, but only use about 125ml a day in my oatmeal in the morning.

Unfortunately for me, and other women, removing body hair is seen as a commonplace and everyday behavior. I too shave occasionally above the knee, and certainly below. Removing body hair for social normative reasons, along with this whole conception of hairlessness being seen as feminine and attractive, is what drives me…

You look great! That was essentially my starting weight, same height, and that is my goal weight! I hope I look like you when I am done...another 10 pounds to go! :) Fantastic job!

Diet sodas are a no in my book. They are just artificial sweeteners, something our bodies don't need to consume. I feel like if you want a soda/pop once in a while, invest in one made with real sugar. No, it's still not the healthiest but at least it's natural.
